* Please note that the colour of your bracelet may be slightly different. Every shipment of gemstones, especially Amazonite and Labradorite are unique, as they come from the Earth. Yours may have gemstones that are darker or lighter in colour than pictured. Amazonite may range from a minty green to a brighter teal/turquoise. Kunzite varies from pink to purple tones.

When choosing a size, measure your wrist and add 1/2″ for a snug fit and 1″ for a loose fit that allows for movement.
In our new collections, there are 3 ready made sizes to choose from:

Being a natural product, every bracelet will fit and feel different (even in the same size and/or style).

Regular mail shipping is free within Canada and does not include tracking. Orders to the US have a $12 flat rate charge and do not include tracking. There are optional upgrades for tracking, coverage, signature and express shipping at checkout.
Delivery is an estimated 2-14 business days depending on your shipping selection and is based on normal conditions. These Canada Post standards may be delayed during their peak periods and reasons beyond control.
Your purchase is important to us! It will be shipped safely in a secure bubble mailer and will arrive in multiple packages if ordering 3 or more.
Packages that have been returned to sender due to an incorrect mailing address or non-existent address/mailbox will be subject to new shipping fees.

Orders are processed promptly, therefore cancellations and changes to orders can be made within 1 hour of purchase.
Please contact us at leviagems [!at] gmail.com to start an exchange of your regular price item within 14 days of delivery. *We do not accept exchanges on sale items or custom size orders.
Only bracelets in original condition and packaging, unused and unworn, will be eligible for exchange of an item of equal or lesser value.
Shipping labels/postage are not provided.
Once it is received and approved, we will notify you and begin the exchange process. If choosing an item of greater value, additional charges will apply.
Alternatively, you may wish to ship your bracelet(s) back for resizing. The cost is $5.00 per bracelet. Regular price, sale and custom size bracelets can all be resized if the gemstones are in stock. Please contact us in advance to check before shipping your item(s) back.
